Paper Industry

1、 Application Analysis of Automation Control System in Energy saving Transformation of Paper Industry
(1) DCS Distributed Control System
From a control perspective, the development of the papermaking industry requires the coordinated and coordinated use of various equipment, highlighting the linkage of system operation. The quality of uniformly produced products is closely related to various raw materials, production additives, application equipment, pipeline parameters, power sources, media media, etc. The relatively backward production methods are difficult to adapt to the development requirements of the paper industry in the new era, and also have certain limitations on the overall development scale of enterprises. Distributed control systems occupy an important position in the development of the paper industry. They comprehensively control, monitor, operate, and decentralize the production process of the paper industry through computer technology, and belong to a new type of automation control technology. The system is mainly composed of measurement control technology, computer technology, signal processing technology, graphic display technology, centralized computer control, and other parts during operation. The overall operation safety of the system is high, the human-machine operation interface is good, multiple information displays are reliable, and the overall system configuration is flexible. This can comprehensively improve the automation level of the paper pulp production stage and also enhance production efficiency.
In the composition of DCS system, it mainly involves the main computer, on-site control station, system management station, local area network, enhanced operation station, network connectors, etc. From the current situation of basic functional dispersion, it can be concluded that DCS vertical dispersion can comprehensively achieve comprehensive monitoring, real-time control, and production stage management. In horizontal decentralized control, it mainly corresponds to the various operational functions of different equipment. In the composition of the DCS vertical system structure, it is necessary to set control and management levels that are independent of each other but can maintain communication based on the operating status. Different hierarchical systems can be divided into different subsystems based on their actual operational status during operation. In the DCS system, based on the LAN, different workstations can be effectively connected, which can achieve system configuration, monitoring, and comprehensive operation control. It can also facilitate the centralized collection and control of various information in the production stage. This facilitates the efficient operation and control of on-site measurement and control stations, and improves the quality and efficiency of paper production.
(2) FCS fieldbus control system
The fieldbus control system is a data bus that sets up on-site devices and indoor automation control devices in the installation and manufacturing areas, achieving effective serial communication of multiple devices. Currently, in the operation of fieldbus control systems, it is necessary to build a fully digital control system based on fieldbus, which can effectively improve the efficiency of automated production. On the basis of this system operation, new FF bus, Lonworks, Profibus and other systems have been successively derived, and each system operation corresponds to new automation technologies [3].
