REF-SIN is inputted from the a terminal and outputted from the ay terminal, and compared with the current feedback signal IL-SENSE. The signal adjusted by the operational amplifier circuit shown in the figure is inputted from the by end and outputted from the b end, and this signal is EA-OUT. At this time, it is in grid connected operation mode.
