1: Verify the surface layout of the cabinet/box body
Compare the actual layout of the buttons and instruments on the surface and side of the countertop/box with the layout in the drawing. Pay attention to checking: whether the quantity and color of the signs, buttons, knobs, and lights are the same; Whether the identification content is consistent; Are the types of buttons, knobs, and lights consistent. (Different parts should be marked with a pen on the drawing or cabinet)
2: Verify the layout of the main components inside the cabinet/box
Check whether the quantity, model, layout, and drawing of the main components such as PLC, air switch, power supply, and sockets inside the cabinet or box are consistent. (Different parts should be marked with a pen on the drawing or cabinet)
3: Compare the main circuit wiring inside the cabinet/box (220V, 24V power supply)
1) The 05701-A-0325 between the upper port of the 220V power supply incoming terminal inside the cabinet/box and the first air switch upper port (usually 2P air switch, with 1 and 3 terminals), and the connection between the upper port of the 220V power supply incoming terminal and the 220V power indicator light.
2) The connection from the lower port of the first air switch (usually 2P air switch, with 2 and 4 terminals) to the upper port of the terminal (which is used for power supply of other 220V air switches), the connection from the lower port of the terminal to the upper port of other 220V air switches (usually 2P air switch, with 1 and 3 terminals), and the connection from the upper port of some 220V terminals.
