The following will introduce its circuit principle and production separately.
Circuit principle of 12P3162X162 SLS 1508: 1. Remote control: Circuit as shown in Figure 1, a multi harmonic oscillator composed of T5, T6, etc. generates a square wave signal, which modulates the 240MH-260MH RF generated by the inductance three-point oscillator composed of T7, etc. The modulated RF signal is radiated into space by the printed antenna on the circuit board. The battery used in the remote control is an A23 type 12V battery, which can usually be used for six months and is easy to replace. 2. Receiving circuit: The circuit is shown in Figure 2, consisting of an ultra-high frequency receiving and demodulation circuit composed of T1, L1, C0, etc. Adjusting C0 can align the receiving circuit with the remote control in the optimal position. The demodulated pulse signal is sent to operational amplifier A1A for comparison and amplification through R5 and C5, and the output signal is sent to operational amplifier A1B for peak comparison after passing through C7, D2, and D3 voltage doubling circuits. When the peak pulse at the reverse end of pin 6 exceeds the threshold voltage set by pin 5, pin 7 outputs a jumping low-level signal, triggering a bistable circuit composed of T2, T3, etc. to reverse, control T4 to conduct or cut off, and the relay to engage or release. The integral delay effect of R11 and C8 can effectively suppress and eliminate the interference of various short-term sharp pulses on the circuit (such as lightning, fluorescent lamp on/off, etc.).
12P3162X162 SLS 1508 production and debugging: 1. The remote control circuit is simple and generally does not require debugging to work. It is important to pay attention to the selection of the transmitting tube T7 and inductor. The magnification of T7 should be around 80. 2. The receiving circuit components are selected according to the parameters in the diagram, with a magnification of about 90 for T1, and the relay is a 12V miniature relay. There are no special requirements for other components. 3. When debugging, press the remote control switch and connect a high impedance earphone between the negative terminal and the output pin of the operational amplifier A1A. Then use a non sensitive screwdriver to rotate C0 until the beep in the earphones is at its maximum. After debugging is completed, install the transmitter and receiver separately into suitable casings. When in use, connect the normally open contacts of the receiving circuit relay in series with the power supply circuit of the electrical appliance that needs to be controlled. Then press the remote control once, the relay will close, and the electrical appliance will work. Press the remote control relay again to release, and the electrical appliance will be powered off.
