The automatic watering control circuit for bean sprouts is shown in the figure. The controller 146031-01 consists of a step-down rectification circuit, a power outage notification device (IC3), a timing control circuit (IC1), a temperature control circuit (IC2), and so on. The step-down rectification circuit provides a DC voltage of VDD=+7V for the entire controller.
The power outage notification device is mainly controlled by a multi harmonic oscillator composed of IC3 and R3, R4, C5, etc. 146031-01 closes switch K1. When the mains power is cut off, relay J1 is released, contact J1-1 is closed, and IC3 vibrates due to power on, with an oscillation frequency of about 1000Hz. The output signal drives the speaker to sound, informing the owner that the power is off.
The timing control circuit of 146031-01 consists of IC1 (555) and BG1, C2, R1, W1, etc. Press the switch AN once, and BG1 transistor will conduct. 555 will reset due to pin ⑥ being a high level, and the low level output from pin ③ will be added to the reset end of IC2 (555), forcing IC2 to reset. The corresponding C2 is discharged through the emission junction of BG1, R1, and W1. When C2 discharges to the point where the potential of pin 2 of IC1 is lower than 1/3VDD, IC1 is set, and pin 3 outputs a high level. The timing is up. At the same time, IC2 is in a waiting trigger state due to the quotient level of pin ④.
