Biochemical tank/secondary sedimentation tank: The two process points here share the same slave station, using a CN-8032-L module and mounting CT-121F, CT-222F, CT-3238, CT-4234 modules to achieve the start and stop control of the submersible agitator, internal and external reflux pumps, residual sludge pumps, scraper, reflux pump and other equipment in the secondary sedimentation tank. The frequency of the residual sludge pump needs to be controlled according to the needs of the sludge removal room, so variable frequency control is adopted, This site uses the CT-3238 module to collect the current signal of the frequency converter, and then outputs 4-20mA to control the frequency of the frequency converter through the CT-4234 module, achieving control and real-time detection of water quality information such as ORP and dissolved oxygen.

PAC dosing room: The dosing room here is similar to the carbon source dosing room, with a CN-8032-L set as a slave station. By controlling the on/off valve and monitoring the flow meter value, the automatic configuration of the medicine solution is achieved.

Fiber filter tank: For the deepening treatment of sewage, a separate control system is used for control, using Siemens 1200 as the main control equipment. For a total of 6 sets of filter tanks on site, 6 sets of CN-8032-L stations are set up to achieve control of the filter tank system, and data exchange is completed with the central control 1500PLC through S7 communication.

In addition, there are supporting process sections, including fan rooms, sludge removal equipment, deodorization equipment, and online detection of inlet and outlet water.
