3500/15: When the input voltage and current are less than the voltage and current regulations of various manufacturers for the input terminal of the PLC, such as when there are diodes or resistors in series in the input circuit (which cannot be fully started), or when there are parallel resistors or leakage currents (which cannot be completely cut off), there will be misoperation, causing a decrease in sensitivity. Measures should be taken for this. When the input current of the input device is greater than the maximum input current of the PLC, it can also cause misoperation. A weak current input device should be used, and a PLC with a common 3500/15 input should be selected.

Relay output: The advantage is that different common points can carry different AC and DC loads, and the voltage can also be different, with a load current of up to 2A points; But the relay output method is not suitable for high-frequency action loads, which is determined by the lifespan of the relay. (2) Thyristor output: with a load capacity of 0.2A/point, it can only carry AC loads and can adapt to high-frequency action, with a response time of 1ms

3500/15 The biggest advantage is that it is suitable for high-frequency operation, with a short response time, usually around 0.2ms, but it can only carry DC5-30V loads. The maximum output load current is 0.5A/point, but it should not exceed 0.8A every 4 points. When your system output frequency is below 6 times per minute, relay output should be preferred because of its simple circuit design, strong anti-interference and load carrying capacity. When the frequency is below 10 times per minute, relay output can be used, or PLC output can be used to drive Darlington transistors (5-10A) and then drive the load
