BENTLY 3500/25 is a half height, dual channel module used to transmit key signals to the monitor module in a 3500 rack.
When the keyphasor markings on the shaft align with the keyphasor sensor, the module uses a magnetic sensor or proximity probe to detect alignment and convert the input signal into a digital keyphasor signal.
Main functions:

Dual channel design: With two independent input channels, it can receive signals from eddy current sensors or electromagnetic sensors, achieve dual channel keyphase measurement, and improve measurement accuracy and reliability.
Digital signal conversion: The module converts the received analog signal into a digital key phase signal for subsequent digital processing and analysis, ensuring signal stability and consistency.
High precision measurement: capable of accurately measuring the time it takes for key phase markings on rotating shafts or gears to pass through the key phase probe, providing strong support for fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.
