The significance of 3500/53 limit parameters

(1) Permissible power consumption Pm: The maximum value allowed for the product of the forward DC voltage applied to both ends of the LED and the current flowing through it. Exceeding this value will cause LED heating and damage.
(2) Maximum forward DC current IFm: The maximum allowed forward DC current to be applied. Exceeding this value can damage the diode.
(3) Maximum reverse voltage VRm: The maximum allowed reverse voltage to be applied. Exceeding this value may cause breakdown and damage to the light-emitting diode.
(4) Top of the working environment: The temperature range within which the light-emitting diode can operate normally. Below or above this temperature range, the light-emitting diode will not function properly and its efficiency will be greatly reduced.

The significance of 3500/53 electrical parameters

(1) Spectral distribution and peak wavelength: The light emitted by a certain light-emitting diode is not of a single wavelength, and its wavelength is shown in Figure 2. (4) 3500/53 half value angle θ 1/2 and perspective: θ 1/2 refers to the angle between the direction where the luminous intensity value is half of the axial intensity value and the luminous axis (normal direction).
