Description
3BSE008510R1 DO810 | ABB | Digital output module
Due to the complexity of DO810 interference, it is impossible to fundamentally eliminate the impact of interference. Therefore, in the software design and configuration of PLC control systems, anti-interference treatment should also be carried out in the software aspect to further improve the reliability of the system.
Due to factors such as noise, misoperation of switches, and analog signal errors, errors in the external switch and analog input signals of PLC can occur, leading to program judgment errors and accidents. When buttons and DO810 are used as input signals, jitter is inevitable. If the input signal is a relay/contactor contact, sometimes it may cause instantaneous jumping, leading to system misoperation. In this case, a timer delay can be used to remove jitter, and the timing time is determined based on the contact jitter situation and the response speed required by the system. This can ensure that the contact is indeed stably closed (or opened) before executing specific task processing.
Multiple software filtering methods can be used to improve the reliability of analog signals. Continuous sampling is performed multiple times, with the sampling interval determined by the A/D conversion time and the frequency of signal variation. The sampled data is sequentially stored in different data registers, and after comparison, the intermediate or average value is taken as the current input value. The DO810 used digital filtering methods include program judgment filtering, median filtering, sliding average filtering, anti pulse interference average filtering, arithmetic average filtering, and de extremum average filtering.
