After reviewing and demonstrating the 64SD1-08KRF1-13 of the basic principles of battery repair, we have designed a high-performance repair device that uses a transformer to regulate voltage and a 555 circuit to drive CMOS transistors with an adjustable pulse width oscillator. Thoroughly overcoming the defects of the self inductance boost coil circuit, the effect is very good after use. Generally, repairing an old battery that has been used for nearly 3 years can take effect in just one day, and restoring more than 70% of its rated capacity within 3 days (batteries with damaged plates cannot be repaired).
This circuit can be used for both repair and charging. The repair transformer adopts a multi tap transformer to adapt to batteries of different voltages. The battery can be repaired from 3V to 36V. 64SD1-08KRF1-13 must be noted that when repairing the battery, the selected voltage level is twice the battery voltage. If repairing the 12V battery, select the 24V transformer level, and repairing the 36V battery, select the 60V transformer level, but the pulse width potentiometer must be adjusted to the minimum state (i.e. the current is in the minimum state). When charging, the same voltage level transformer can be selected, and the pulse width potentiometer can be adjusted appropriately to adjust the current to the appropriate charging current.
64SD1-08KRF1-13 circuit is simple and suitable for self-made use. The ammeter adopts a 5A range, and the splitter can be wrapped with 1 square millimeter enameled wire on its own.
