The main A413295  and backup PLC exchange status signals and redundant data with each other through Ethernet or redundant interfaces to achieve data synchronization. From an engineering perspective, communication connections are always established on PLCs with “main” tasks. Both PLCs establish a PROFINET connection to the IO device, but only the data from the main PLC is valid.

Two controllers run the same A413295  program, which is written using PCWORX software. PCWORX integrates bus configuration, IEC61131 programming, and diagnostic functions, and is a 32-bit control software. Controller redundancy settings and switching conditions can be achieved through hardware configuration in PCWORX software, without the need for dedicated redundancy function blocks.
