The EMERSON A6210 module is a thrust position, differential expansion, and rod position monitor for the AMS 6500 mechanical health monitor. The following is a detailed introduction to the module:
1、 Product Features
Working mode: The A6210 module has three different working modes, namely thrust position mode, differential expansion mode, and rod position mode. These modes enable them to be applicable to different mechanical health monitoring needs.
Thrust position mode: Accurately monitor the thrust position, provide reliable mechanical protection for the machine by comparing the measured axial position with the alarm set point.
Differential expansion mode: measures the relative difference between the displacement sensor installed on the housing and the sensor target installed on the shaft to monitor the expansion difference between the housing and the rotor.

Rod position mode: used to monitor the position of the piston rod in reciprocating compressors to detect the wear of the saddle belt, thereby avoiding machine damage and failure.
Performance parameters:
Compliant with API 670 and API 618 standards.
It has hot swappable function.
Provide front and rear buffering and proportional output, supporting 0/4-20 mA and 0-10 V output.
The self checking function includes monitoring hardware, power input, hardware temperature, etc.
Built in software linearization makes it easy to adjust the sensor after installation.
