ACQUISITIONLOGI AL81G analog control is the most common control method between PLC and frequency converter. The PLC sends a speed setting signal to the frequency converter through an analog output module (such as 4-20mA or 0-10V), and the frequency converter adjusts the output frequency based on the received analog signal, thereby achieving control over the motor speed.

The advantage of ACQUISITIONLOGI AL81G analog control is that it can achieve continuous adjustment of motor speed, with high adjustment accuracy and fast response speed. However, analog signals are susceptible to interference and require certain anti-interference measures.

ACQUISITIONLOGI AL81G digital control sends control instructions to the frequency converter through the digital output module of the PLC, such as start, stop, forward and reverse rotation. The advantages of digital quantity control are strong anti-interference ability, simple and reliable control. However, digital control cannot achieve continuous adjustment of motor speed and can only achieve discrete speed control.
