ASSY 11993R2 How do I link the sensor to the S7-200 analog Input module (EM231/EM235) and what are the considerations?

◆ Analog input module can be set to different measurement methods by dip switch. The setting of the switch applies to the entire module, and a module can only be set to one measurement range. (Note: Switch Settings only take effect after re-powering on)

◆ASSY 11993R2 Input impedance and connection related: voltage measurement, input is a high impedance of 10 MOhm; For current measurement, Rx and x need to be shorted to reduce the impedance to 250 Ohm.

◆ In order to avoid common mode voltage, the M terminal must be linked to all signal negative terminals, and the channel that is not connected to the sensor should be shorted, note: if you use a 4-20mA sensor, the measured value must be programmed to convert accordingly.

◆ Input conversion: X=32000*(AIWX-6400)/(32000-6400)

Output conversion: Y= calculated value *(32000-6400)/32000+6400
