Background introduction

1, Siemens PLC analog input module 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0.
2. Module 4 channels are connected to 2-wire instrument, which is connected to module through isolated safety grid.
3. Two channels are connected to 4-wire instruments, one of which is a dew point instrument.
Fault analysis and processing
1. The faulty module and the normal module switch positions, and it is found that only the module in a specific position will fail. The module is faulty.
2. Remove the cable connection of each channel in the control cabinet in turn. After removing the cable connection of the dew point meter, the measurement value of other channels will return to normal. After inspection, it is found that the negative end of 4-20mA signal of the dew point meter is grounded.
3. Restore the wiring of other channels, disconnect the wiring of dew point meter separately, and overflow again after the measured value is normal for a moment.
4, the 2-wire instrument skip the isolated safety grid, directly connected to the module after the channel return to normal.
5, 11994R13 Measuring instrument 24VDC power supply, positive and negative terminal voltage about 24V, positive and ground voltage about 12V, ground and negative terminal voltage about 12V.
6. Ground the negative end of the 24VDC power supply to restore the system to normal.
7, restore the safety grid connection, restore the dew point meter connection, the system is normal.
