The analog input module ASSY 12149 for current measurement 2-wire and 4-wire measurement sensors must first be connected to the root range card position, the 2-wire current is D, the 4-wire measurement is C; When the two-wire current is measured, it is directly connected to the module terminal. For example, when it is connected to channel CH0, the measured positive M0 is connected to terminal 2 and the measured negative M0 is connected to terminal 3 without grounding. For 4-wire measurement, if the isolated power supply is used, the M- of all measurement circuits must be connected to the reference potential Mana(module terminal 11), and the power supply M- of the module must be equipotential connected and functionally grounded together. If a grounded 4-wire sensor with a non-isolated power supply is used, it is not necessary to interconnect MANA and M-(terminals 11, 13, 15, 17, 19) because the negative end of the measurement signal M- is already connected to the local ground potential, and the reference potential Mana is also connected to the local ground point. COMP is used for external compensation, and Mana is the reference potential, the general analog input module 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 uses internal compensation, so COMP must be short-circuited with the reference potential Mana.


2-wire input, ASSY 12149 is not recommended to set the module to a 4-wire system, and then connect the power supply; No matter the input of 2-wire system or 4-wire system, the 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 is positive and negative, but the current flow direction is reverse, the current of 2-wire current connection is out of the module, and the current of 4-wire current connection is in the module. The measurement module of the template and the corresponding Settings in its properties, that is, 2-wire system or 4-wire system. The input types of the two channels in the same group must be consistent. The measurement module and template properties can be set to 2-wire or 4-wire system.
