Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE stock code: VSH) announced that BENTLY 3500-42M 176449-02 has launched a new 80 V symmetrical dual channel N-channel power MOSFET – SiZF4800LDT, which combines high and low edge TrenchFET Gen IV MOSFETs in a 3.3 mm x 3.3 mm PowerPAIR 3x3FS monolithic package. Vishay Siliconix SiZF4800LDT is suitable for power conversion in industrial and communication applications, enhancing thermal performance, reducing component count, and simplifying design while improving power density and energy efficiency.

The recently released dual channel BENTLY 3500-42M 176449-02 can be used to replace two PowerPAK 1212 packaged discrete devices, saving 50% of substrate space. The device provides designers with space saving solutions for synchronous buck converters, point of load (POL) converters, DC/DC converters, half bridge and full bridge power stages, suitable for applications including radio base stations, industrial motor drives, welding equipment, and power tools. In these applications, SiZF4800LDT high and low side MOSFETs provide a 50% duty cycle optimized combination, while simplifying circuit driving with logic level conduction at 4.5 V
