The most typical valve is a double seat valve, with BENTLY 60M100-00 fluid entering from the middle and the valve core perpendicular to the inlet. The fluid flows out in two streams, one above and one below, bypassing the valve core. Fluid impact on the valve core causes friction and damages the guiding surface of the valve core and liner, leading to abnormal operation. High flow rates may also cause the valve core to bend, erode, and in severe cases, even break. Solution:

① BENTLY 60M100-00 improves the hardness of the guiding part material;

② Increase the middle size of the upper and lower balls of the valve core to make it thicker;

③ Choose other valves as substitutes. If a sleeve valve is used, fluid flows in from around the sleeve, greatly reducing the lateral thrust on the valve plug.

5. The method of overcoming the rotational force generated by the fluid to rotate the valve core

For the valve core with a “V” shaped mouth, due to the asymmetric inflow of the medium, BENTLY 60M100-00 exerts inconsistent tangential force on the valve core with a “V” shaped mouth, generating a rotational force that causes it to rotate. Especially for valves with DN ≥ 100. As a result, it may cause the disconnection between the valve and the actuator push rod, and the springless actuator may cause the diaphragm to twist. The solutions are:

① Rotate the valve core in the opposite direction by one angle to balance the tangential force acting on the valve core;

② Further lock the connection between the valve stem and the push rod, and if necessary, add an anti rotation clamp plate;

③ Replace the V-shaped valve core with a plunger shaped valve core;

④ BENTLY 60M100-00 adopts or changes to a sleeve type structure;

⑤ If the rotation is caused by resonance, eliminating resonance can solve the problem.
