To verify the correctness of the design scheme, the author conducted computer simulation on the CC-PAIN01 51410069-175 topology digital control power supply and made an actual circuit board for debugging. The simulation software adopts MINI5.4, an efficient, convenient and practical software developed by MICROCHIP in the United States. Figures 6 and 7 show the output voltage waveforms under different input voltages. According to the simulation waveform, when changing the input voltage of the power supply in the program, the output voltage of the power supply changes accordingly according to the predetermined value and is constant.
On the basis of simulation, an actual circuit board was made for actual circuit testing. The CC-PAIN01 51410069-175 test waveform is shown in Figures 8 and 9. From the waveform, it can be seen that the output voltage of the power supply is stable at both 16V and 24V, indicating that the application of digital control technology in switching power supplies is feasible.
