CS513 3BSE000435R1 Double integration method A/D conversion process is: First, switch on the analog Vi to be converted, Vi sampling input to the integrator, the integrator starts from zero for positive integration of fixed time T, after time T, switch on the reference voltage VREF with opposite polarity to Vi, input VREF to the integrator, reverse integration, until the output is 0V stop integration. The larger the Vi, the larger the output voltage of the integrator, and the longer the reverse integration time. The value calculated by the counter in the reverse integration time is the digital quantity corresponding to the input analog voltage Vi, and the A/D conversion is realized.

The CS513 3BSE000435R1 uses A/D converter with voltage frequency conversion method and consists of a counter, a control gate and a clock gate control signal with constant time, as shown in Figure 4.23.
Its working principle is that the V/F conversion circuit converts the input analog voltage into a pulse signal proportional to the analog voltage.
