The following figure shows the modular implementation of solid-state circuit breakers, where F8627 connects multiple 1200V SiC chips and switches in parallel configuration to achieve extremely low rdson and optimized heat dissipation. The fully integrated modules below have optimized pin positions and layouts, which help reduce parasitic effects, improve switch performance, and shorten fault response time. Ansenmei offers a diverse range of SiC module products with rated voltages of 650V, 1200V, and 1700V. Some modules come with baseboards, while others do not, to meet different application and efficiency requirements.

Mechanical circuit breakers have low power loss and higher power density, and the F8627 is currently priced lower than solid-state circuit breakers.
