FBM202  a working directory refers to creating a directory for running siliconsmart, which will automatically generate a script file called config.tcl. Some key configurations need to be manually performed, mainly including the selection of simulation tools (HSpice is selected here), the specification of simulation models, and the setting of environmental temperature and other variables. Introducing a reference library is to specify a reference library unit for a tool. The tool extracts information from the reference unit and generates a control file for that unit, which provides a detailed description of the information that needs to be extracted. Including unit netlist files, pin information, logic functions, input signal rise/fall time, output pin load situation, etc. If there is no reference library file, it needs to be manually written. Generating simulation files tells the tool which aspects of the unit to extract features from, such as timing, FBM202  consumption, CCS model, etc. Running simulation extraction is the process of extracting simulation characteristics from a unit.
