1、 Product Overview
Purpose: The G123-825-001 module is designed to solve compatibility issues between signal sources and valves. By accepting multiple types of signal inputs and outputting signals suitable for Muge servo proportional valves, it achieves precise signal transmission and control.
Installation: This module is installed in a compact DIN rail housing, making it easy to integrate into various automation control systems.
2、 Main functional features
Signal input and output
Input signal: G123-825-001 accepts three types of signal inputs, including ± 10V analog signals from PLC and 4-20mA current signals.

Output signal: The module can output multiple signals to adapt to different requirements of Moog servo proportional valves, including fixed 4 to 20mA, 0 to ± 10V, and optional 0 to ± 5 to ± 100mA signals. The selection of output signals is achieved through switches, which can be flexibly configured to meet different application scenarios.
Noise suppression
The module is equipped with a unipolar active filter, which is used to remove noise from the input signal, improve the purity and stability of the signal. The filtering time constant is optional and can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Compatibility between mechanical feedback and modern electrical feedback
The G123-825-001 module can be connected between the current output of the servo amplifier and the Moog valve, enabling the replacement of mechanical feedback (MFB) valves with modern electrical feedback (EFB) valves without the need to replace the servo amplifier.
