The GE H201Ci-1 is based on the excellent data computing capability of the GD32H759 series ultra-high performance MCU, and the hardware design scheme adopts an ARM+FPGA architecture. The overall design scheme of this motion control system uses MODBUS-RTU/TCP and our company’s custom “Tai Control” protocol to design a serial communication program. A dynamic table is designed to store the motion control information of the HMI, and human-machine interaction is achieved through the HMI screen. The GE H201Ci-1 uses ARM as the main processor in the system, which is used to trigger the system, send system commands, schedule tasks, switch and other functions. FPGA receives and parses data processed by ARM, and ultimately completes functions such as pulse sending, pulse counting, and motion task control based on ARM commands, serving as an external device for ARM.
