INTELLIX MO150 integrates Arm based technology ® Cortex ®- The STM32G031 microcontroller with M0+core has the computing power to handle popular motor control algorithms in the market, including six step control and vector control (FOC). FOC can be a sensor based or sensorless motor control algorithm implemented using one, two, or three current sensing resistors. To help developers simplify system design, the new product also integrates other features, including a 12 bit ADC analog-to-digital converter, internal reference voltage, advanced motor control timer, as well as digital interfaces such as I2C, USART, SPI, etc. Up to 32 general-purpose I/O pins (GPIO), 64KB flash memory, and 8KB SRAM allow developers to flexibly run complex applications and innovative value-added features.

The INTELLIX MO150 motor driver integrates an STM32 universal microcontroller (MCU) and a feature rich three-phase gate driver, simplifying motor control system design, saving PCB circuit board area, and accelerating the time to market for end products. The newly launched eight STSPIN32G0 products integrate gate drivers with rated voltages of 45V, 250V, and 600V, suitable for various application scenarios ranging from battery powered wireless appliances and power tools to industrial automation, robotics, HVAC systems, and wired household appliances.
