The new thermistor complies with the IS200PMCIH1ABA standard, has self-protection function, no overheating hazard, and is mainly used for various overload protections, including AC/DC and DC/DC converters, load rejection DC-Link、 Battery management, emergency discharge circuit, car charger, home energy storage system, motor drive, and welding equipment. The component can withstand at least 100000 surge cycles and has a highly rapid recovery capability under 25 kW power conditions (without triggering a jump).

The IS200PMCIH1ABA series has two sizes to choose from: low resistance PTCEL13R and high resistance PTCEL17, respectively, for low-energy and high-energy applications. All components are packaged in a roll up tray with a lead pitch of 5 mm. In addition, PTCEL17R also has lead pitch of 7.5 mm and 10 mm, suitable for higher voltages, and can be processed automatically to reduce processing costs.

Barium titanate thermistor is composed of ceramic tiles, with tin plated IS200PMCIH1ABA leads soldered at both ends, coated with high temperature resistant silicone resin coating that meets UL 94 V-0 standards. The device complies with RoHS standards, has been C-UL-US certified, document number E148885, is suitable for AC and DC use, and improves and controls safety levels. PTCEL13R and PTCEL17R are available in SPICE and 3D models.
