On the touch screen, it can be divided into entering a password and releasing a password. MMI301 can continue to obtain usage rights by entering a password, as shown in the figure below. Subsequent payments are required upon expiration, and releasing a password means paying the final payment in one go and completely releasing the password permission. We can set this according to the manufacturer’s requirements, such as entering the password once every six months.

If we use PLC to set the password and stop the device from working, we ultimately need to set the prohibition of PLC output. The following is how to design the time. MMI301 is calculated based on working time or date, and we use a six-month period as the deadline. There are many methods for program setting, as shown in the figure below. Based on the special software component M8014 (1-minute clock signal), it can be changed to counting the number of days. As long as the device is turned on, it will be timed. When the number of days exceeds six months, set M8034 to prohibit all PLC outputs, and the password for the six-month period will be released. To continue timing until the one-year period, another password needs to be entered. If divided into multiple periods, multiple passwords need to be set, and the timing data register uses a cumulative power-off save type. If the password for the release period is entered, the above two passwords will become invalid, and the PLC’s output prohibition function will be deleted.

In practical applications, it is important to choose the appropriate motor control method based on the specific situation.
