To improve the reliability of the system, the GVC704AE01  terminal, data transmission machine, PLC, 3BHB003023P201  temperature and pressure power supply, and some transmitters are installed in a control cabinet, with each part relatively independent and easy to maintain. The input and output of PLC switch signals are isolated from the on-site relay, and the analog signals are isolated by signal isolators and distribution devices. The power supply is powered by isolation transformers to reduce power noise, and the system is well grounded.


The PLC terminal software is written in ladder diagram language. In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the terminal, measures such as digital filtering, fault self check, and control password are adopted in the software design to ensure the correctness and reliability of control operations. 5. Remote signaling subroutine: detects the operating status of equipment such as motors, valves, and alarm switches.
6. Initial value subroutine: The monitoring center sets initial values for cumulative parameters such as time, power consumption, and flow according to user requirements.
7. Fault self-test subroutine: detects PLC fault information and verification information, and sends them to the monitoring center.
8. Control subroutine: Output corresponding operations based on commands from the monitoring center or on-site self-control conditions.
9. Communication subroutine; Complete various communication functions with the monitoring center.
