Description
HIMA F35 |HIMA | Real time operation processing
During the execution of user programs, the HIMA F35 scans and executes them one by one in the ladder program order from top to bottom and from left to right, that is, in the order of the mnemonic instruction table. But when encountering program jump instructions, the program jump address is determined based on whether the jump conditions are met. During program execution, the PLC retrieves the current state of input variables from the input image area and performs logical or other operations determined by the program. Based on program instructions, the calculation results are stored in the corresponding internal relays, including output relays, internal auxiliary relays, timers, counters, etc. The signal of the output relay is stored in the output image area, which corresponds to the same numbered output point outside the PLC.
In the process of program execution, within the same cycle, the previous logical result affects the subsequent contacts, that is, the program executed later may use the latest intermediate operation result from the previous one; But within the same cycle, the subsequent operation results do not affect the previous logical relationship. The final state (conductivity or not) of all internal relays except for the input relay during this scanning cycle will affect the opening and closing of each contact in the next scanning cycle.
The HIMA F35 results during the execution phase of the output refresh program are stored in the output image area instead of being sent to the output port. In the output refresh stage, the PLC sends the output variables from the output image area to the output latch, which then generates the control output for this cycle through the output module. If the status of the internal output relay is “1”, then the output relay contacts are closed. The state of all output devices should be maintained for one scanning cycle.
