Most isolation drive IC660BBA104  use optocouplers to isolate the input drive signal from the driven insulation gate, supported by thick film or PCB technology, and some resistive and capacitive components are connected by pins. This product is mainly used for driving IGBTs. Due to the current tailing effect of IGBTs, optocoupler drivers are all negative pressure turned off without exception. The following IC660BBA104  shows the internal structure diagram of the M57962L driver, which uses an optocoupler to achieve electrical isolation. The optocoupler is fast and suitable for high-frequency switch operation. IC660BBA104  adopts a dual power drive structure, which integrates a 2500 V high isolation voltage optocoupler and overcurrent protection circuit, overcurrent protection output signal terminals, and an input interface compatible with TTL level. The maximum delay of the driving electrical signal is 1.5us.
