The traditional redundant power supply IC693CPU374 design scheme consists of two or more power supplies connected in parallel to the power bus via diode anodes in an OR gate manner. As shown in Figure 1. It is possible to have one power source work alone or multiple power sources work simultaneously. When one of the power supplies fails, the unidirectional conduction characteristic of the diode will not affect the output of the power bus.
