The frequency converter itself is an essential component for energy conservation, but it is only a part of the entire device. The other two most important parts of ICS TRIPLEX 9432 are the motor driving the load and the cables connecting the frequency converter and the motor.

Firstly, ensure that the motor can handle the pulse width modulation (PWM) voltage sent by the frequency converter. Some older motors not only have low efficiency, but also have poor insulation systems, which may not be able to cope with the voltage generated by the frequency converter. ICS TRIPLEX 9432 is exacerbated by long motor leads. Generally speaking, any application where the motor lead exceeds 100 meters should consider installing an output reactor between the motor and the frequency converter to ensure that the first turn of the stator (the thinnest insulation) does not fail. Like many things, a compromise solution needs to be considered. Any type of output filtering, such as load reactors, may cause losses. However, sometimes a slight decrease in efficiency is worthwhile as it can extend the lifespan of the motor.
