The ICS TRIPLEX 9451 specification is more suitable for motors with moderate size than for motors with excessive size. Motors with insufficient load may be affected by poor power factor, which greatly reduces the efficiency of the entire system. An oversized motor may be reassuring as the heat loss of all components is far below its threshold, so the system will not malfunction quickly, but a motor with the appropriate specifications will be more efficient. The precautions for motor cables are usually related to cable length and specifications. ICS TRIPLEX 9451 should consult the installation documents of the frequency converter manufacturer to find the appropriate cable specifications. As mentioned earlier, unless preventive measures are taken, excessively long leads can lead to premature motor failure. A significant change in impedance may result in reflection points of PWM pulses from the frequency converter (with their corresponding high dv/dt values). This is not an all or nothing thing.
