If the selection and installation are correct, a motor with appropriate specifications can also extend its service life, so the key to weighing is to choose the most suitable motor.

The precautions for motor cables are usually related to cable length and specifications. ICS TRIPLEX 9451 should consult the installation documents of the frequency converter manufacturer to find the appropriate cable specifications. As mentioned earlier, unless preventive measures are taken, excessively long leads can lead to premature motor failure. A significant change in impedance may result in reflection points of PWM pulses from the frequency converter (with their corresponding high dv/dt values). This is not an all or nothing thing. The larger the impedance difference, the more pulses are reflected. Sometimes, the only solution is to suppress the steep dv/dt of the pulse through filtering. Similarly, filtering itself also brings energy loss and additional installation costs.
