P0923DB provides the sramConfig storage redundancy specification. The first two rows list the key area analysis rules (i.e. possible defect types), which have a series of redundant resources for storage blocks. The first two rows also include column rules and row rules. These rules depend on the type and structure of the storage block, but are independent of the number of rows, columns, and redundant resources. The last two lines describe the design of the SRAM block, in order: block name, rule configuration name, total number of columns, redundant columns, total number of rows, redundant rows, empty columns, empty rows, and the name of the bit unit. In this example, both block specifications target the same rule configuration, namely sramConfiguration. With these parameters, P0923DB can use the defect density data provided by the wafer factory to calculate the yield without repair.
