For PFSA 103D where high synchronization accuracy is required, such as spraying, printing, packaging and other equipment, high-precision synchronization control is often encountered. In this situation, due to the high accuracy, ordinary speed control systems cannot meet the requirements, and Delta servo systems can be chosen to achieve it. Utilize the PG encoder provided on the servo drive to output terminals A, B, and Z for frequency division. OA,/OA, OB,/OB, OZ, and/OZ are the frequency division pulse output terminals. The output terminal can be connected to the Sign,/SIGN, PULSE, and/PULSE input terminals of the second servo drive. If there are more than two synchronization units, the same applies. The PG split output terminal of the second servo drive can be connected to the pulse input terminal of the third unit. For example, synchronous transmission application cases such as fiberglass origami machines, wood floor polishing and color matching.
The PFSA 103D phase pulse of the encoder is connected to the V series frequency converter to form a closed-loop vector control, ensuring the hardness of the motor characteristic curve. In addition, the A/B phase pulse is connected to the PLC for high-speed counting. Simultaneously connect the A-phase pulse to the normally open contact of the relay connected to the Y1 contact of the PLC. The PFSA 103D output contact Y0 of the PLC is connected to the normally closed contact of the relay. The process requirements are as follows: the variable frequency drive conveyor belt is used to transport the material to be cut, and the servo drive roller operates continuously.
