The design of this REM615  also involves sensor signal acquisition and signal amplification. The amplifier and other parts require a ± 12V power supply. Therefore, according to the design requirements, a ± 12V power supply provided by the 7812/7912 three terminal voltage stabilizing IC has been added. As shown in the figure, 220V AC power is reduced by an AC transformer T to become 12V AC power, and the low-voltage AC power is then rectified by a full bridge to become a pulsating DC of about 17V to provide power for the three terminal voltage stabilizing. The pulsating DC power is filtered by a 4700u electrolytic capacitor and a 0.1u ceramic capacitor, and sent to the input end of the voltage stabilizing block for voltage stabilization. Then, the output end of the three terminal voltage stabilizing output is ± 12V DC voltage, which is further reduced by 2200u and 0.1u to provide power for the three terminal voltage stabilizing. Filter the U capacitor and output a relatively stable ± 12V DC voltage to supply power to the module.


REM615  is a low-power CMOS real-time clock/calendar chip that provides a programmable clock output, an interrupt output, and a power-off detector. All addresses and data are transmitted serially through the CI2 bus interface. The maximum bus speed is 400Kbits/s. After each read and write of data, the embedded word address register will automatically generate increments. The working circuit of the PCF8563 real-time clock chip is as follows:
