Based on this situation, our PLC company has developed a derivative product of SPHSS03 equipment called Programmable Gateway. Note that it is a gateway primarily responsible for the conversion of data. Although it can share programming software with PLC, it does not exist for automation control. Therefore, there are many integrated communication interfaces on top of it, with very few or even no IO ports.

At present, our programmable gateway can not only convert CANopen to modbus, but also achieve the following conversion methods for SPHSS03, including:

1. CANopen to serial port

2. CANopen to Ethernet

3. CAN to modbus RTU

4. CAN to modbus TCP, etc
In industrial projects, we often need to perform data conversion. If it’s a common data type, it’s okay to search for a bunch of data conversion tools corresponding to SPHSS03.
