The real-time interrupt service program T8448 is the core of the system. The real-time control tasks it implements include position servo, panel scanning, PLC control, real-time diagnosis, and interpolation.
In real-time interrupt service programs, various tasks are queued according to priority and executed in chronological order. Each task has a strict maximum runtime limit. If the previous interrupt has not been completed and a new interrupt occurs, it indicates service overlap and the system enters an emergency stop state.
Interrupt type structure

The T8448  system software adopts an interrupt type structure, arranges various functional modules into terminal programs with different priority levels, and the entire control system software forms an interrupt system.
The priority level of functional modules is closely related to their function and execution time. Among numerous functions, the position servo program is the most important, as it determines an important indicator of the CNC system – response time. Due to its direct impact on machining accuracy and feed rate, position servo has extremely high priority. Meanwhile, the interruption time interval of the position servo T8448  is also very short. If the interpolation operation is not completed within the specified time, the position servo control will not be able to run. Therefore, interpolation programs also have higher priority and shorter interruption time intervals. Due to the short time interval, the position servo and interpolation program must undergo strict optimization, and the running time must be very short in order to have extra time gaps for other modules to occupy.
