TPMC815-11 Iterative Threshold Image Segmentation

The main idea of this adaptive image segmentation method is to iterate the grayscale values of the image and continuously adjust the threshold to make the segmentation more accurate.

The segmentation steps for TPMC815-11 are as follows:

1. Randomly select an initial threshold (which can be the average grayscale value of the image)

2. Divide the image into two parts based on the threshold: the part less than or equal to the threshold is the foreground, and the part greater than the threshold is the background

3. Calculate the average grayscale value of foreground and background

4. Use the average grayscale value of the foreground and background as the new threshold

If the new threshold is the same as the original threshold, the segmentation ends. Otherwise, go back to step 2 and repeat the iteration until convergence occurs
