To realize the soft redundancy UR6PH , the PLC soft redundancy system needs to store the function module of calling the redundant software package in the program, which mainly includes: FCl00 module for initializing the operating parameters of the redundant system; FCl02 module for fault diagnosis and active/standby switching; FBl03 module for sending/receiving data; The FBl01 module that calls FBl03 for data synchronization and system status analysis. The program structure with redundant functions is shown in Figure 2.
In each cycle of PLC execution, the main system first uses FBl01 to receive and analyze the status of the backup system, then executes redundant programs, and finally calls FBl01 to send the data that needs to be synchronized to the backup system. The backup system first calls FBl01 to receive and analyze the status of the main system, skips redundant programs, and then sends the backup system status to the main system. It should be noted that the most important module for implementing redundancy function, FBl01, analyzes the status of the primary and backup systems before sending (or receiving) data. Due to the fact that the software is copyrighted by the sequential execution control engineering network, it may result in delayed fault handling after receiving fault information from the other party. The sequential execution mechanism of software is an important reason for the long switching time of soft redundancy.
2. UR6PH Analysis of main and backup switching time
The main backup switching time refers to the time it takes for a system failure to occur and the backup station to take over the normal operation of the main station.
2.1 Analysis of Main CPU or Power Module Faults
When the current two types of faults occur, the main communication interface module IMl53 of the ET200M station loses connection with the main CPU. Automatically switch between the main and backup communication interface modules IM] 53. At the same time, the standby CPU will detect synchronization line data transmission errors when sending the standby status to the main CPU, and then actively switch to the main CPU.
