The threading holes on the UR8AHcasing of the pressure transmitter should be sealed or plugged (with sealant) to avoid the accumulation of moisture inside the electrical casing. If the threading hole is not sealed, when installing the feeder, the threading hole should be facing downwards for easy drainage of liquid.
The power supply UR8AH is connected to the pressure transmitter through a signal line and does not require additional wiring. It is best to use shielded twisted wire for the signal wire of the weighing sensor pressure transmitter. Signal lines should not pass through metal pipes or be placed in the same slot as other power lines, nor should they pass through strong electrical equipment nearby. The signal line can float or be grounded at any point in the signal circuit, and the transmitter casing can be grounded or ungrounded. The power supply does not necessarily need to be stabilized, and even if the power supply voltage fluctuates by lV, the impact on the output signal can be almost negligible.
The UR8AH output current of the pressure transmitter should not exceed 3OmADC because the pressure transmitter is grounded through capacitor coupling. Therefore, when checking the insulation resistance, a high resistance meter higher than 1OOV should not be used. The voltage of the pressure transmitter circuit should not exceed 1OOV.
