Because UR8FV  only calls the FCl02 diagnostic module, tE is determined by the execution time of FCl02. In order to analyze the execution sequence of FCl02 when calling FCl02 in OB86, FCl02 has been modified appropriately to collect data. These modifications mainly include: adding a collection status program segment at the beginning of FCl02; Collect jump conditions at the jump instruction. After manually triggering some faults, analyzing the obtained data resulted in the execution sequence of FCl02. Insert read system time function blocks at both ends of each code segment to measure the program execution time of FCl02 in segments. The results are shown in Table 1 (in the table, is the execution time of SFC58; t (2ss) 8 is the execution time of SFC58 twice; T ‘represents the remaining time; T (PC102) is the total execution time of FCl02.
The execution time of FCl02 in the measurement results is not equal to the sum of each time period, because the measurement accuracy of the reading system time function block can only reach l ms. However, it is not difficult to see from the table that the execution time of FCl02 mainly focuses on the operation of calling system function SFC58 to write data to ET200M (controlling slave switching). The number of calls to SFC58 is equal to the number of ET200M slave stations, so it can be approximated as tE=3 ms x ET200M slave stations.
There is a significant relationship between ts in equation (3) and the timing of the OB86 interrupt generated by the main CPU.

If the main UR8FV  generates an OB86 interrupt before calling FB101 to perform the send function, the main CPU directly sends the fault status to the backup station when sending data. In this case, ts is the shortest, which is the time tt taken to send data once, i.e

If the main UR8FV  generates an OB86 interrupt after calling FBl01 to execute the send function, the main CPU must send the previous data before sending the fault status to the backup station.
