1. Flexible and versatile use – The hardware of UR9AH  is standardized, coupled with the series of PLC products and a wide variety of functional modules, it can flexibly form control systems of different sizes and functions. In the control system composed of PLC, only the corresponding input and output signal lines need to be connected to the PLC terminals. When it is necessary to change the function of the control system, a programmer can be used to modify the program online or offline. The same PLC device is used for different control objects, but the input and output components and application software are different.
2. High reliability and strong anti-interference ability – The microcomputer has powerful functions but poor anti-interference ability. Electromagnetic interference, power supply fluctuations, mechanical vibration, temperature and humidity changes in industrial sites may cause general microcomputers to not work properly; The traditional relay contactor control system has strong anti-interference ability, but due to the presence of a large number of mechanical contacts (easy to wear and burn), its lifespan is short and the system reliability is poor. As a general PLC, it can resist interference from 1000V and 1ms pulses, and its working environment temperature is 0-60 ℃, without the need for forced air cooling.
