CP451-50 modifies local variables: making variables become static variables, stored in the static area, with the same data period as the program stored in the static area, initialized before the main function starts, and destroyed when exiting the program (whether it is local static or global static).

·Decorate global variables: Global variables themselves are stored in static areas, so static cannot change their storage location. However, static restricts its linking properties, and global variables modified by static can only be accessed by the file that contains the definition (i.e. changes scope)

·CP451-50 modifier function: Yes, this function can only be called in files containing its definition. For static functions, declarations and definitions need to be placed in the same folder.
