YPP110A  spotlights have the advantages of spotlight, high brightness, good color rendering, novel appearance, and long service life. They are commonly used for special lighting in dance halls, hotels, shopping malls, and other places. They can also be used for display windows in exhibition rooms and photography halls in the photography industry. At present, the use of quartz lamps in households is gradually increasing. Ordinary quartz spotlights use small 12V/50W halogen bulbs, paired with small volume electronic transformers, to improve efficiency and reduce volume and weight.

YPP110A  transformer is actually an isolated switching power supply, and the circuit principle is shown in the attached figure. It mainly consists of three parts: full bridge rectification and filtering, switch transformation, and small volume magnetic core isolation step-down transformer. Due to the use of NPN triple diffusion surface glass passivated planar transistors, the switching elements have the characteristics of high breakdown voltage, large current capacity, and short on/off time, ensuring the safe working area of the switching transistor. The circuit has high efficiency and reliability, and can work continuously for a long time. The isolation step-down transformer is also crucial for the machine, as the magnetic core parameters determine the YPP110A  power and the turn ratio determines the output voltage. This transformer uses EE25 magnetic core, with 120 turns for the primary winding and 12 turns for the secondary winding. The magnetic core does not have any gaps and is assembled and treated with special resin impregnation.
