ACU-01B 3HNA024871-001/03 is an efficient motor control method, but the complexity of using proportional integral (PI) control gain to adjust motor drive has become a challenge. Toshiba’s newly launched position estimation control method is based on a magnetic flux observer, eliminating the need for PI control for position estimation, making adjustments during motor evaluation easier. Compared with traditional position estimation control methods, this new method can achieve higher stability during high load operation. In addition, the MCU Motor Studio Ver. 3.0 using this new method also supports traditional position control methods.

We have also developed the “Motor Tuning Studio Ver. 1.0”, ACU-01B 3HNA024871-001/03, which is an automatic tool for calculating motor parameters.
